THE CHAMBER.

A fully enclosed, purpose-built 40ft environment that removes every distraction and drops your team into a controlled, high-pressure setting.

ANATOMY OF THE SESSION.

The Chamber corridor under deep red lighting mid-scenario, with two participants between angled control consoles, a wall screen reading launch sequence failed and lit arches leading deeper into the environment.
  • Six screens, one evolving story

Consoles, controls and physical tasks are spread through the space meaning teamwork is key in order to succeed.

  • Twenty-plus interactive elements

Consoles, controls and physical tasks spread through the space. No single person can reach everything, so delegation isn't a workshop concept, it's the only way to finish.

  • Lighting that applies the pressure

The Chamber shifts light and sound to raise the stakes or bring the room back down. Pressure here is deliberate, controlled and repeatable, never left to chance.

  • The team, as they actually are

Under genuine pressure, performance habits surface in minutes. Who directs, who goes quiet, who holds the plan. The environment does not let anyone hide.

  • Built like a vessel, not a room

A fully enclosed 40ft environment with zones, thresholds and sightlines designed by ex-military leaders. Crossing the threshold matters: the working day stays outside.

SEE THE TEAM UNDER PRESSURE.

The facilitation and control desk outside The Chamber, with headphones, a microphone, a monitor showing four live camera feeds and a wide screen running the Chamber control system.

While your team works through the scenario, our facilitators see everything from the observation position. Four HD cameras cover the entire experience, live audio runs to the desk and the control system drives the lighting, sound and interactive elements in real time. Every observation is logged as it happens; who stepped up, who went quiet, what the team did when the plan goes wrong.

All of this information feeds the debrief making it evidence based and more impactful.
