Everything buyers ask us before booking, answered straight. Anything else, ask us directly.
One day, start to finish, built around two immersive scenarios inside The Chamber. Your team arrives at 0900 for a brief, goes straight into the first scenario, then a facilitated debrief. After lunch, a core learning session built on what we observed, then a second, harder scenario to apply it and a closing debrief. The next morning, the report lands.
The Chamber is at Dynamic Advanced Training, Dubai South. It's a purpose-built facility and the environment is the product, so teams come to us. Meeting rooms, coffee and lunch are all provided on site.
A fully enclosed, purpose-built 40ft training environment: six high-definition screens, over twenty interactive elements that respond to what the team does, dynamic lighting and full surround sound. It was designed by ex-military leaders to put teams under genuine, controlled pressure and let us observe exactly how they perform.
Up to 16 delegates on a single day, split into syndicates. Larger cohorts run across consecutive days: a group of 30, for example, runs as two days of 15. Multi-team programmes are priced on enquiry.
One fixed price, everything included: AED 55,000 for up to 8 delegates, AED 70,000 for 9 to 12 and AED 85,000 for 13 to 16, excluding VAT. That covers both Chamber scenarios, all facilitation and workshops, a Reiss Motivation Profile for every delegate, the post-day report, meeting rooms, coffee and lunch. No retainer, no add-ons.
A validated psychometric assessment, completed by every delegate before the day, that maps what genuinely motivates each person across 16 basic desires. We deliver it with an accredited practitioner and cross-reference it with what each person actually did under pressure.
Insight at three levels. Every delegate keeps their individual RMP report linked to their observed performance, the team receives a combined report showing how the profiles work together under pressure, and leadership receives the aggregated organisational view. You choose what happens with the data; it's yours to keep and act on.
No. The Chamber tests decision-making, communication and teamwork, not fitness. Delegates walk, talk and think under pressure. If anyone in your team has an accessibility requirement, tell us at booking and we'll plan the day around it.
Neither. It's a diagnostic training intervention: the scenarios exist to surface real behaviour under pressure, the After Action Reviews are drawn from British Army doctrine and every conclusion is anchored in what was observed and profiled. Teams enjoy the day, but enjoyment is a by-product. The output is evidence.
Every day is led by Jamie Pollard-Jones, a former British Army officer who commanded Challenger 2 tanks and trained soldiers for operations, alongside a second facilitator and an accredited Reiss Motivation Profile practitioner. The method comes from how the Army builds and tests commanders, adapted for the boardroom.
Yes, and it always is. Every programme starts with a pre-arrival session with your leadership where we explore your operating context and agree what needs to change, then build the training plan around it for your approval. The day is anchored to your goals, not a generic script.
Start with an enquiry through the site or hello@oneday.training and we'll arrange a call to scope your day. Payment is 70% on reservation and 30% on completion, and dates run one cohort per day, so popular months fill early.
